I want to connect and learn from folks who are working to transform our world in more equitable and just ways, and who belive that relational work is critical to doing so. How we are on the small scale affects how we are on the large scale and this collective feels like a practice ground to transform the world.

To grow the skills necessaery (i.e. creativity, facilitation) to be an equitabe, inclusive, bold, and compassionate co-leader in this work.
