Positionality encourages us to consider the ways in which our intersectional and multi-faceted identities influence our understanding of the world, how we interact with others, how others interact with us, and how our lives are impacted systems/structures. This tool can be used to reflect on the many intersections of our identities to better understand ourselves, our teams, and our presence in equity work.
